water heaters
Every home has an appliance that heats the cold water into the hot water that we need for our bathing and cleaning. You may have a traditional stand alone water heater (gas or electric), on demand (tankless) or an indirect water tank that gets its heat from another source. Which ever type you may have, they will require some type of service over their lifespan:
Have higher than normal pressure for your house’s hot water? Water bill higher than it usually is? You may need a thermal expansion tank or have yours replaced. Without a place for the water to expand when it is heated, the pressure can build. If the pressure gets too high it will dump the relief on the water heater. Prolonged higher pressure is not ideal on your house’s plumbing system.
